The " 50 minutes at Durbuy " is part of the Belmal Sessions media-photography that saw the light more than three years ago (in Belgium, end of 2012). Following occasional castings and some test series it was only in 2015 that the photo-sessions proper to Belmal were disclosed to the public, and Italy to start with. In "Venice 2016, or The Great Return" one meets again with Lara, the face of Belmal Malletier. And in that particular series of photos one can also feel the delicate magic of the bond that grew, surreptitiously, since 1974, between the Venetian city and Jean-Pierre Bal, our Belgian malletier.
